MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is recognized globally as the most effective striking art today. It is Thailand’s national sport, Muay Thai, is based on simplicity and effectiveness. Honed over 2000 years, it is a graceful blend of punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. The core of Muay Thai is its effectiveness in real situations, be it in the ring or on the street. It relies on simple moves and efficient movement to generate maximum power.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art. It combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise. Gyeorugi, a type of sparring, has been an Olympic event since 2000. Taekwondo was developed by a variety of Korean masters during the 1940s as partial combination of taekkyeon, Okinawan karate, and other traditions.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)

MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world. MMA is a combination of the best fighting systems. In 1993, the Ultimate Fighting Championship forever changed martial arts by creating a tournament to pit the world’s best martial artist against each other. After 15 years of MMA events around the globe by the UFC and other organizations, MMA mania has now taken over the sports world. More importantly, it is now widely accepted that a combination of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Wrestling is a strong foundation for fighting in a no-holds-barred situation. A complete fighter is someone who can fight in the 4 primary ranges of combat: kicking, punching, clinching/kneeing/takedowns, and ground fighting.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the most effective, reality-based fighting systems in the world prove with proper technique, can beat size. The basic premise of BJJ is that 90% of fights end up on the ground. As such, BJJ is focused primarily on effective ground fighting. The goal is to put an opponent into situations on the ground where joint locks and/or chokes can be applied to force him/her to submit.

KICK BOXING

Kick Boxing is a martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

ELITEZFIT

Elitezfit, among members is a training programme improved version of elitezfit by incorporating crossfit in it created by Coach Andy Teh (Founder of Elitez MMA) after years of experience in the martial arts and fitness industry. Elitezfit classes focus more on specific muscle development, strength, cardiovascular and muscle endurance. CAPOEIRA

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazillian ‘martial art’ that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. It was developed in brazil mainly by Angolans, at the beginning of the 16th century. It is known for its quick and complex maneuvers, predominantly using power, speed, and leverage across a wide variety of kicks, spins and other techniques.

YOGA

Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind. Yoga has been studied and may be recommended to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve some medical conditions such as premenstrual syndrome. Yoga is considered to be a low-impact activity that can provide the same benefits as “any well-designed exercise program, increasing general health and stamina, reducing stress, and improving those conditions brought about by sedentary lifestyles”. It is particularly promoted as a physical therapy routine, and as a regimen to strengthen and balance all parts of the body.

BOXING

Boxing is a combat sport that involves fighting with fists involving both attack and defend. Boxing itself requires incredible discipline, thinking ahead, being aware, and being tactical all at once.  Fitness boxing is a great aerobic activity.
