MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

TAEKWANDO

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art. It combines combat and self-defence techniques with sport and exercise. It is a type of sparring, has been an Olympic event since 2000. Taekwondo was developed by a variety of Korean masters during the 1940s as partial combination of taekkyeon, Okinawan karate, and other traditions.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in short is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

KICK BOXING

Kick Boxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the fastest growing sport in the world. MMA is a combination of the best fighting systems. In 1993, the Ultimate Fighting Championship forever changed martial arts by creating a tournament to pit the world’s best martial artists against each other.

BODY CHUN FITNESS (BCF)

Body Chun Fitness or also known as (BCF) in short, among members is a training programme created by Coach Andy Teh (Founder of Elitez MMA) after years of experience in the martial arts and fitness industry. BCF classes focus more on specific muscle development, strength, cardiovascular and muscle endurance. BCF emphasized on own body weight training using martial arts movements as the main training tools. BCF play an important role for those who crave for fitness and martial arts especially women.
